What we collect

  • ·Account data — your email and profile details when you sign up.
  • ·Site content you connect — pages we scrape and files you upload to train your agent.
  • ·Conversations — messages exchanged between your visitors and your agent.
  • ·Usage data — message counts and basic, privacy-preserving product analytics.
  • ·Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

Strictly to operate the service: training and running your agent, showing your dashboard and usage, processing subscriptions, and keeping the platform secure and reliable.

We never use your scraped content or conversations to train models for other customers.

Where it lives & how it is protected

Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with per-workspace row-level security so one customer can never read another's data. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure provider.

Subprocessors

  • ·Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • ·Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • ·NVIDIA — hosted model inference for chat responses.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete a chatbot and its knowledge and conversations go with it. Close your account and we remove your workspace data, subject to short backup-rotation windows and any legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from the dashboard, or by contacting us. We honor GDPR/CCPA-style requests regardless of where you are.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and session security only — no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
